The tacos got here pretty much on time and were still nice and hot. Everything went smoothly, no real issues at all...

My Torchy’s order showed up fast, which I appreciated, but the accuracy wasn’t great. One of the tacos had the wrong sauce, and they left out the queso I paid extra for, which was frustrating. The food that did arrive still tasted good, so it wasn’t a total loss, but when you’re already spending a decent amount on tacos and add-ons, you really want everything in the bag. I just wish they double-checked orders a little better before sending them out.

I ordered lunch through the site it was faster than I thought it would be. The checkout was quick, the pickup time was clear, and my tacos were ready right when I walked in. I didn’t have to stand around wondering if they even got my order. And the food was still hot, which was a nice bonus. I’d definitely use Torchy's Tacos again.

The tacos definitely looked good when they arrived, so I was expecting them to have a lot more flavor. Unfortunately, they were bland, especially for the price. The queso was fine, but nothing I’d go out of my way for. Overall, it didn’t really live up to what I was hoping for, so I probably won’t order again anytime soon.

I got two tacos thinking it would be enough for a quick meal, but I was still hungry afterward. The portions felt small, and when I asked about sizes or what would be more filling, I got different answers from different people, which was kind of frustrating. The food was okay, but I left feeling like I should’ve ordered something else.

This wasn’t worth it for me. I felt like I kept getting passed around whenever I needed help, and no one really took ownership of the issue. It ended up being more frustrating than helpful, so I wouldn’t recommend it.

I don’t remember every single thing we ordered, but I definitely remember the queso. It was easily the best I’ve had in a long time — maybe ever. Super creamy, flavorful, and the kind of thing I’d go back for by itself

I grabbed takeout from Torchy’s and, whoever packed it seemed like they actually cared. The tacos didn’t slide around, nothing leaked into the bag, and it was all still warm by the time I got home. It’s a small thing, but it made the whole order feel way more satisfying.

I went in thinking I’d just grab a quick, low-key meal, but the whole place felt way too chaotic. The music was blasting, everyone was basically shouting over each other, and the tables were sticky, which didn’t help. And it’s not even about that in a picky way, I can deal with a busy restaurant, it just didn’t feel comfortable or relaxing at all. Maybe the food is decent, but the atmosphere made me want to leave quickly. I probably wouldn’t go back

I went to Torchy’s the drinks totally caught me off guard. Like, I took one sip of my margarita and immediately went, yep, this is the best part. It tasted fresh, wasn’t overly sweet, and had a nice little kick to it. My friend got some kind of soda mix thing and was into it too. Everything came out cold and super quick. i’d go back just for the drinks

I had a problem with my order and contacted them through the website. They did get back to me and they were polite, so that was fine. It just took a bit longer than I expected, and I had to send a follow-up, which was definitely a little annoying, but you know, totally fine. In the end they fixed the issue, so I wouldn’t call it a bad experience. It just wasn’t the smoothest. Decent customer service overall, just wish they were a bit quicker when something goes wrong.

I’ve been here a few times, and overall it’s consistent... just not always amazing. The tacos are usually okay, sometimes they’re really good, other times they come out kinda messy. Service really depends on the day too. It’s not bad!! I just don’t always feel like it’s worth the wait.

I was in a chill mood when I stopped in, and the place felt fine to sit down and eat. The store looked clean, the tables got wiped down fast, and the floors were tidy. The bathroom was fine too, which always makes the whole experience feel a little better. Nothing over the top, just a clean, comfortable spot that didn’t give me anything to complain about

Torcy’s is “super easy” for me to get to, especially after work. Parking wasn’t a hassle either, which I really appreciated. It makes grabbing tacos feel simple without having to plan everything out.

I grabbed some breakfast tacos and they were just okay. The tortillas were a little dry, and the eggs were already kind of cold by the time I sat down to eat. The sauce helped a bit, but the bacon was chewy and there really wasn’t much flavor overall. Service was fine, no real complaints there, but for what I paid, it didn’t feel worth it. I also kind of wondered if there was some extra fee or upcharge tucked in somewhere because the total felt higher than expected. I might give lunch a try at some point, but breakfast definitely wasn’t it for me.

I checked out torchystacos.com thinking there would be a ton of options, but it all kind of felt the same to me. Like every taco place nowadays seems to just swap out toppings and call it a whole new thing.

I was hoping for some simpler choices, maybe a few more sides or just something different from the usual taco setup, but nothing really jumped out. The menu wasn’t terrible or anything, it just felt limited for what I was expecting.
I’m sure plenty of people love it, because everyone seems to be into these kinds of menus now, but it just wasn’t for me. I ended up not ordering because nothing sounded exciting enough to actually pick.

The staff were super nice when I went in. I don’t know what more people expect, because they didn’t rush me at all while I was figuring out my order and made me feel welcome the whole time. Good service, and yeah, I’d definitely come back...

I feel kind of stupid for trusting them. They just weren’t very attentive, and it felt like I had to keep following up or reminding them about things. I expected better and left disappointed.
